Adult Programs

Aerobics - offered from September to May each year, we have three separate instructors and all three have a different style of aerobics. From high impact to low impact, check out a class to see which one you might like.

Cost: Members: Free, Non-Members: $25/month


Yoga - This class is offered on: Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 - 6:30pm.

Cost: Members: Free, Non-Members: Free


Cardiovascular - we have 4 Treadmills, 3 Elliptical/Cross-trainers, 1 Stair-stepper, and 4 Recumbent Bikes and 1 Upright Bike. This amount of cardiovascular will whip you into shape before you know it.


Karate - for ages 4 and up. This is an ongoing class that is taught one-on-one. Our instructor Derek Jones likes to meet with potential participants before starting the class. Derek will make sure to place you in a class that fits your needs. Derek is here during his classes on Tuesday & Thursday from 5-8p.m. and Saturday from 10-noon.

Cost: Members: $25/month, Non-Members: $35/month


Racquetball - to play you need to reserve a court by calling up to the YMCA.

Cost: Members: Free, Non-Members: $5


Water Aerobics - registration is in May/June, with the classes in July/August. This type of aerobics is a very low impact aerobics, people with heart or lung problems may need to consult with their physician to see if this is right for you.

Cost: Members: $25, Non-Members: $50


Weight Training - we have a variety of weight training equipment, so we can accommodate almost anyone with their style of training. We offer a trainer so call or come up is you would like to talk to them about putting together a program for you.
